We ship to the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/PPO addresses via Fed Ex. All in-stock items are shipped within three working days. All non-stock items please allow four to six weeks. Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order is processed. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e- mail.
Worried about shipping costs? Since the shopping cart calculation is an inexact science, we check each order to make sure that the shipping charge is accurate. FACT: The smaller the order, the more "off" the shipping charge calculation can be, so please don't panic if you see a high shipping charge for a smaller item! It will probably be several dollars less than quoted in the shopping cart.
SHIPPING FOR LARGER ITEMS:
Our site will calculate automatically shipping rates for most items to your delivery address. For larger furniture items, we will contact you with an actual shipping quote to your address. Order with confidence - we won't charge your card for the item until you agree to the shipping amount. If we are unable to contact you within 5 days, the order will be cancelled.
We are proud of our Old Texas collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all unused items. Call for return authorization and procedures.
All returns must be received within 10 days after receipt. Returns are easy: you can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
